For all standard shipping we use a Royal Mail tracked service. Once your parcel has been dispatched we will notify you to your nominated email address.

All items will be posted out within 1 working day of receiving your order.

Standard UK delivery – £3.99 (2-4 working days)

NEXT DAY UK delivery – £7.95 (guaranteed next working day if ordered before 12pm Monday – Thursday, does not include Saturday delivery). Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped Monday to arrive Tuesday

International Delivery Charges

Republic of Ireland – £9.95 (5-7 days) Standard Shipping

Europe – £15 (5-10 days) Standard Shipping

USA – £19 (5-10 days) Standard Shipping

Rest of the World  – £21 (7-14 days) Standard Shipping

All deliveries must be signed for.

Any parcels held in within the recipient country by customs are beyond our control, queries must be taken up with the local courier depo.

Custom charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility to pay.

YOU MUST WAIT UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A RETURN CONFIRMATION BACK FROM US BEFORE POSTING THE ITEM BACK.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED BACK TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

Any items returned after this period will not be processed- and will be at your own discretion to pay the postage cost to have it returned back.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been used. All tags must remain in place (if any are missing we will not accept the return).

We must receive your item within 5 working days after we have sent the return confirmation email.

It is your responsibility to send the item back, so we would require you to use a track able postage service. We cannot take liability for the cost or for lost parcels.

Once received, allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be issued through the original payment method.

Delivery charge is non-refundable.

If an item is damaged/ faulty:

Our goods are quality checked to a high standard before posting out to you. Each item is inspected carefully by our team before packing and again during packing. In the rare case you should discover a fault we ask this is reported to us immediately.  We will ask for photographs to support any fault claim and offer repairs, exchange or refund where appropriate.  Please contact us via email on info@amaanalux.com with photographs showing the damage within 48 hours of receiving the item.
